# SyncSolved — Pricing, Scope & 90-Day Agreement Rules (October 2026)

## Public Pricing Floor
- **Done-for-you B2B Cold Email:** Starts from **$2,500 a month** (as of October 2026).
- **Business Process Automation:** Scoped and agreed in writing on a short call after inspecting the specific operational leak (waiting lead, stalled job, or duplicate data entry).
- **Minimum Average Sale Floor for Cold Email:** **$10,000+** average client or contract value.

## What Is Included in Done-For-You Cold Email
1. **Buyer Research & List Building:** We study who buys from you, build the list, and verify every email address three ways.
2. **Dedicated Sending Infrastructure:** We buy and configure separate sending domains and private inboxes. We never send cold email from your primary company domain. If an address degrades, we replace and warm a new one at no extra cost.
3. **Slow Start & Daily Sending:** 2 to 3 weeks of warmup. First real emails go out on day 10. Full send starts at 1,000 emails a day across separate inboxes.

We only add the clause when one sale is $10,000 or more, you close at least 15% of the right calls, and you keep calendar time free.
- At $10,000 per sale, $250,000 is roughly 25 closed deals.
