SyncSolved is an operator-run service firm founded by Sabia Mathias and operated by Vektron Merchants LLC. We run two offers for companies that sell to other companies: done-for-you cold email that books sales calls, and Automation for work that waits, repeats, or stops.
What does SyncSolved actually do?

On cold email, SyncSolved studies who buys from you, builds a verified list checked three ways, buys separate sending domains so your real company domain stays safe, warms those addresses for 2 to 3 weeks, starts sending on day 10, scales to 1,000 emails a day across dedicated inboxes, answers replies in minutes (including nights and weekends), books meetings inside the same email thread, and chases no-shows until the call happens.
On Automation, SyncSolved picks one costly operational leak on a short call—a lead that waited, a job that stalled, or details your staff type across multiple places—and fixes that job first while you keep control of pricing and the final close.

Operating rules we write down
- Your real domain stays off-limits: We never send cold email from the domain your existing customers and staff rely on. We buy and manage separate domains and private inboxes.
- Minutes, not Monday morning: Prospects cool off fast. We answer replies in minutes, day, night, and weekend, and book the meeting inside the email thread rather than dropping an unclicked calendar link.
- Clear division of labor: SyncSolved books the call. You keep calendar time open, take the call, and close the deal.
- Honest agreement math: As of October 2026, SyncSolved starts from $2,500 a month. Where the signed agreement includes $250,000 in 90 days (for offers at $10,000+ average sale and at least a 15% close rate), if that figure does not arrive, we keep working for up to 90 more days at no extra cost. That is more work, not a cash refund.
