What counts as a booked call?

A real person, at a set time, on your calendar. We agree what counts before we send anything. If it does not match, it does not count as a qualified call.

What if the revenue doesn't come?

We keep running the campaign at no further cost until it does, for up to 90 additional days. The guarantee is contractual: the revenue figure, the time window, and the conditions on both sides — what counts as a qualified call, you keeping calendar time open and taking the calls, you closing a reasonable share of them — are agreed in writing before anything goes out. We only extend it where we believe the number is reachable, and we say so on the call when we don't.

Do I need my own list or tools?

No. The list, the domains, the inboxes and the software are all ours. All of it is included in the service.

How fast do you answer replies?

Minutes, day or night. The reply system runs around the clock, so a prospect who answers at 11pm on a Saturday gets a response while they are still thinking about it.

What happens when someone says “not now” or “ask my colleague”?

Accepted Answer

“Not now” gets a follow-up scheduled for when “now” arrives. “Ask my colleague” starts a new thread with the colleague, referencing the referral, while the original contact stays informed. Neither dies in an inbox.
