What a booked sales call is actually worth

In short A booked call is not worth your average sale. It is worth sale size × show rate × close rate, on the calls that actually happen. SyncSolved books the call. You close it. The homepage calculator uses your numbers, not someone else’s average.

Who is this page for?

  • Founders who can name sale size, show rate, and close rate.
  • Teams at or above $10,000 average sale.

Who should skip it?

  • Anyone who wants a promised revenue number from a web calculator.
  • Teams below the sale-size floor for the $250,000 clause.

What numbers can you quote?

  • At $10,000 a sale, $250,000 is about 25 closes.
  • The $250,000 / 90-day clause still needs a 15% close rate on the right calls held.
  • The calculator is a guess from the numbers you type.

What is a booked call actually worth?

SyncSolved would count it as average sale × show rate × close rate. A $10,000 sale at 60% show and 20% close is $1,200 of expected sales per booked call, before costs. Your numbers will differ.

Volume without booking is a vanity metric. Booking without close is a calendar full of maybes. Close without sale size is why the $10,000 floor exists.

Why won’t SyncSolved promise a reply rate?

Because a reply is not a booked call, and a booked call is not a closed deal. We own reply speed, booking in the thread, and no-show chase. You own show-up quality and close.

What should you do?

  1. If your close rate cannot support $250,000 in 90 days, we should not write that clause. Say it on the call.
  2. If calls are cheap on paper and still missing, the leak is usually after the reply.

What do buyers ask SyncSolved before they say yes?

Is this a guarantee?

No. SyncSolved’s calculator is a guess. The $250,000 figure lives in the signed agreement when we include it.

Who closes?

You do. SyncSolved books the call.

SyncSolved’s next step is a short call. We check sale size, close rate, and calendar time.
